The ABB USA Customer Service Center and toll free Helpline 1-800-HELP 365 is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and is staffed 24/7/365 days per year. Knowledgeable, highly-skilled service representatives are available to assist you with technical support issues, scheduling field service work, spare parts identification, the ordering of spare parts and registering for training. The Customer Service Center supports all Robotics, Paint, Body-in-White, Material Handling, Powertrain, Press Automation and Arc Welding automation systems.
